Builder Highlights:

Veteran Homearama builder Charlie Anderson has built homes in every Homearama from 1986 until 1996, and again in 2000 and 2006. In 1990 and 2006 he built the Homearama Charity Houses, which benefited Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters, and Charlie served as chairman of the Homearama committee in 1996.

Charlie has accumulated an impressive number of awards for his Homearama homes.

Charlie began woodworking and furniture making while still in high school. His construction company has been in business for 34 years now. This self-taught builder has constructed over 300 homes and currently manages three to four homes a year. Charlie does not typically advertise his company and works solely off referrals, which speaks well of his strong reputation. He feels that his early work in remodeling historic homes has given him unique insight into building new homes.
