About the builder Since 1995, building homes has definitely been a family affair for Simpson Builders Inc. Norfolk natives Howard, Mary-Dolph and Page Simpson combine their expertise in all aspects of the home building process, including home design, building and interior decorating, to deliver quality custom homes that reflect their clients’ individual styles.
Their work has garnered The Virginian-Pilot’s Readers’ Choice Best Builder in Norfolk honors in 2002 and 2004, as well as several Critics’ Choice awards for their entries in the 2004 and 2005 Homearama events.
