About the builder After renovating several homes and building his own home, Scott Brooker fell in love with the home building process. Seven years ago he started SGB Homes, a fine home builder and independent builder for Haven Custom Homes. Although this marks his Homearama debut, Brooker is no stranger to TBA, having built a Habitat for Humanity modular home featured at the 2007 Mid-Atlantic Home & Flower Show.
