About the builder Next Level Group L.L.C. brings together two veteran Homearama builders, each with more than 30 years of experience in home building and countless Critics’ Choice and People’s Choice awards to their names. A hands-on builder, Sam Cohen learned every aspect of home building from one of the area’s most prominent builders. He has been building in Homearama since 1997 and served as chair of the event last year. Today, his signature craftsmanship can be found on each home he constructs in neighborhoods throughout Hampton Roads. With a strong reputation for building homes of superior quality, John W. “Chip” Iuliano III has been building in Homearama since 1992 and chaired the event in 1998 and 1999. He was also president of Tidewater Builders Association in 2004. Year after year, Iuliano continues to provide his clients with his personal attention to successfully create the homes they want.
