“Feather your nest in style,” is the theme of Tidewater Builders Association’s Spring Homearama May 28-June 12, in Virginia Beach’s Eagle’s Nest community, where nine fully furnished and landscaped custom homes offer up plenty of inspiration.

Visitors will be able to take a piece of Homearama home with them if they see furniture or accessories they would like to purchase.

“We couldn’t have a successful Homearama without the participation of our furniture companies. Under the direction of our professional designers, it’s the furniture that transforms these houses into homes,” said

Homearama Chairman Stephen Quick, with Stephen Alexander Homes. “Likewise, there is a direct correlation between new-home sales and furniture sales in the general economy.”

A price list for the furniture and accessories will be available at each home for interested guests. The items must be removed during the Homearama Furniture Sale from noon to 6 p.m. Monday, June 13, when remaining items will be put up for sale.   

Show sponsor Harrison’s Moving & Storage will be on site that day and will offer discounted delivery rates for guests who need their furniture delivered.
