Take the Scenic Route in Life
The scenic route is much closer than you think at Tidewater Builders Association's first Spring Homearama at Founders Pointe in Isle of Wight County. Here, eight builders are creating stunning showcase homes, fully furnished and landscaped, all designed to demonstrate the latest in home design and innovations, as well as energy saving technologies. Homearama guests are also invited to stroll the 844-foot pier overlooking the marshes and tributaries of the James River. Located near historic Smithfield, Virginia, the community is convenient to both the Peninsula and the Southside, only 10 minutes from Newport News and 25 minutes from downtown Norfolk.
Admission:
- General admission costs $10 for a one-day pass and $17 for a two-day pass
- Active duty and retired military guests and seniors (62 and over) get a $3 discount
Mon.-Thurs., and a $1 discount on Fri.-Sun
- Children 12 and under and guests in wheelchairs are free
